Crescendo Muzik is a new independent record label based in the Chicagoland area of the United States. We specialize in upcoming dance music projects & artists that are looking to take their song to "the next step" in the music business. Crescendo Muzik was established in January of 2003 by Russ Harris, a local DJ of Chicago, IL, and the owner of Show On The Road Prod, Inc. Mobile DJ Company, one of Chicago's largest mobile DJ companies (www.showontheroad.com). After working for years on many of his mini-projects, he decided to release one of them & see where "ball will roll".

We are proud to announce that we have released our first record by DJ RUSS HARRIS vs. PINK FLOYD called ANOTHER BRICK. It's an updated rendition of the rock classic Another Brick In The Wall Pt. 2 by Pink Floyd. We are in current negotiations with Roger Water's management about releasing the song worldwide at this time. Roger is the original lead singer of Pink Floyd & the writer of the song.

On the first side of the record is the Foundation Mix. It can be considered the "mainstream" mix and has an accompanying Radio Edit. Some have described it as having a 'disco house" feel to it & it closely follows the original rock song with a faster 131 BPM tempo. Thankfully it does not include any portion of the "pudding & meat" chant from the original song...or is that a bad thing?

On the B Side, is the moodier Dark Side Mix which takes the song into a really different direction. For those techno/progressive fans out there, this is the mix for you. While the vocals are filtered in ways you haven't heard before, the rising synths & hand claps will definitely get your crowd all pumped up. The throbbing pound of the bass line will satisfy all of your techno heads in the crowd.

Record Pools across the country have been serviced & record pools in the UK will be serviced in early April. Available in 12' Single & CD Single formats.

We are currently looking for female lead singers to sing on an upcoming record. The song has already been produced but is missing the final element. We will audition all that apply & pick the best one that best fits the song. The song is an upbeat dance number perfectly suited with a "Top 40" hook & melody.
